[FFe] [UIFe] HUD hotkey assignment is suboptimal (lp: 1551986)

Hi all,

Please consider the FFe and UIFe. In the past few days we have been
working to remap HUD to alt-space and also expose window controls in
to the HUD such that people used to using "alt-space n" to minimize a
window still can.

The main motivation is that alt tapping conflicts with several
applications (e.g. full screen games). This change involves several
packages all listed here [1].

We also had to add the translatable string "Window" in bamf.
