EOG (Image Viewer) menu bar and icon fixes

Hi,

We (desktop team) would like to upload a new version of EOG which
brings back a traditional menu bar. That's to fix

 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/eog/+bug/1491699

which says that some settings are inaccessible currently.

It will look like

 http://people.canonical.com/~laney/weird-things/eog-menubar.png

And we would like to upload the theme to fix eog having no icons on its
buttons, see second screenshot.

That takes us from

Are these okay with you guys?

FYI there are no new translatable strings (wrt. vivid) - langpacks will
get them automatically.
