I've made the change.  However when I try to remove the ACL:
    "You can't change ACLs on this page since you have no admin rights on
it!"

So it's still immutable :-/.  Strange, as the page's ACL is:
    #acl AdminGroup:read,write,delete,revert,admin All:read

To me that means if I can edit it, I can also "admin" it.  But it seems
not.  Perhaps Pasi can.[1]
