[wiki] Clean up the Community wiki administrators team

Hello,

I've raised this up before, and I will do it again along with my other
mail some minutes ago.

Please, let's clear up the community wiki administrators team [1]. In
the list, I see names that I don't recognise at all, and who have been
members from 2005-2008; that's 7-10 years ago. Are these people really
active any more?

If we don't want to straight throw them out, could we set an expiry date
for them so they would have a notification to either let their
membership expire, or alternatively, renew it - in which case we should
expect to see them become more active again.
