Ubuntu is "the documentation is only accessible by geeks"​.

However, it's better not to need the documentation in the first place. One
thing I don't see here is an ongoing effort to make the app redundant by
fixing the problems that make users ask the questions it answers in the
first place.

Of course, new problems arise all the time; such an app would never become
redundant. But given that it's based on user feedback, it would seem to be
a good driver for the improvement of Ubuntu [Phone], and the shorter the
average lifespan of questions answered by the app, the more the system is
addressing its users' pain points.
