Server Guide

I've been talking to pmatulis about moving the docs for Server over to RST.

Here is what I had on the Meeting Agenda but I could not make the meeting
so I took it off.

 * Aaron Honeycutt will help --(pmatulis)-- experiment with moving the
Server Docs to RST (ReStructuredText)
