Hi :)
Ok, i would suggest we maybe use whatever is easiest.  I suspect that we
can't make all documents consistent with each other easily so how about
just making each document consistent within itself?

Then maybe 1 page description of what each term means with redirects set-up
so that anyone trying to find out what "apps" means would be re-directed to
that page along with anyone trying to look-up what "program" means?

Errr, i am not sure  what is easiest tbh but if that does not sound like a
good plan then please say so and maybe suggest a better approach.
