Ah, I see: This is done with the intention of stopping people printing 
books as if they have done the work, while it's just the documentation 
that is freely available in the Internet.

Since this documentation is specific for Ubuntu set up and the MAAS 
documentation is copyleft, there won't be any problem.

It's the same as preventing people from selling Ubuntu CDs: only those 
who wouldn't know it's free would buy them from an intermediary.
