"sane.d tutorial" wiki page should be renamed "saned tutorial"

Hi :)
The redirect is great.  You can remove the content from the original
page for the reasons you state and also because all that contents is
on the new page.  I don't think you have to wait for permission to do
that.

The page with the redirect still holds the history so it could be
reverted if that became really necessary = so there is no need to keep
that contents visible.
