[Wiki] Can not edit any Ubuntu community wiki page anymore

Hi,

I just discovered that I can not edit wiki page any more. I am logging in
with Ubuntu-One logging id and was trying edit
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SyncEvolution/ which was created by me as
well. But suddenly the page appears immutable.

I even tried to create a sandbox page but it says I am not allowed to
edit!! Every community page is immutable to me.It seems something has
changed and I have no clue about it
