[wiki] PAE page: formatting and flavor-agnosticism

Hi all.

Sorry to sound negative. I appreciate that people put forward a proposal
but I have a few issues.

The page appears to be a remix of
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/PAE?action=recall&rev=43 and its
subpages, that is more or less same contents in another presentation. The
issues are:

1) Describing how to enable PAE is not necessary, as Buntu is PAE-enabled
by default and has been for several releases. I can't imagine a situation
where such information is needed, it's like describing how to enable ext4.

2) The page mentions Ubuntu, which is too demanding for the more than ten
years old graphics processors accompanying a Pentium M Banias. It's one of
the heaviest distros around and people should be warned against installing
it.

3) 12.04 is out of support for Lubuntu and Xubuntu. The user should not be
given the impression that we endorse non-supported releases.

4) Which information is intended for the 'For the rest of processors' page?

5) From reading the front page to getting the solution (that is, using
Forcepae) it takes four mouse clicks. Do we have an indication that a user
prefers this, not getting the solution as soon as possible? Tom Davies
posting here (for one) seems to appreciate that the solution comes at the
very top.

Before judging one web design against another I guess we need to consider
the contents, for example the points above.

Regards
Mörgæs
