Good question, unfortunately that pages isn't under the control of the
doc team. I just poked around and it looks like *all* the /lts links
are pointing at utopic rather than trusty. Could just be someone was a
bit overzealous when updating redirects during the latest release?
Where did you come across the lts link?

You should submit a bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manpage-repository/

And I've also Cc:ed Dustin Kirkland on this, since I don't believe
he's a member of this list and historically has been the one who
manages the scripts that run the manpages site and works with IS to
fix bugs.
