No matter what day and time we choose, someone will have difficulties
with it.

Svetlana did a good job in trying to find a date and time that worked
for the most, and I wouldn't want to undermine that effort.

To answer your actual question: It is really only Monday and Wednesday
mornings in my time zone that I have troubles with. I.E.:
Monday and Wednesday 16:00 through 18:59 UTC during daylight saving time
Monday and Wednesday 17:00 through 19:59 UTC during standard time

Otherwise day or night or weekend doesn't matter.
However, anytime Tuesdays is best for me.
