Thinking About Stepping Down

Hi :)
I think you have been great and done a lot to keep the team going. Just
before you started, the team lost quite a few people who had been superb
too and there has been a lot of re-adjustment. All communities go through
ebb&flow. It's natural. I think without you it would have been a lot
worse and i wish it was easier for you to see how much good you have done.

However, part of the whole point about voluntary work is that you can move
on when you like. I'm really glad you haven't done so earlier! The fact
you have stuck it out for so long shows great strength of character and
that bodes well for whatever you focus on now.

You are leaving the team a lot stronger thanks to the work you have put in,
and inspired others to do too.
Congrats and many regards from
Tom :)
