A few comments on that proposed page:

* It refers to HowToMD5SUM [3] about checking the hashes. But should
  we really recommend checking directly against hashes provided via
  http://? Wouldn't it be better to refer to VerifyIsoHowto [4] and
  remove (or redirect) HowToMD5SUM?

* It also refers to BurningIsoHowto. However, there are official and
  more updated guides on that topic; please see the links under "Easy
  ways to switch to Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS" at
  http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop
