Hashes wiki page

Hi,

For obvious reasons the hashes web page [1] is not editable by everyone.
It is also not regularly maintained, leading to many bug reports
(8 so far, since 14.04.1).

Is there someone on this list with higher than normal wiki powers,
that has sufficient rights to edit the page, that can help us with
the bug report [2].

We want to delete the entire content and have the page refer
the user to the real location for the hashes.

Gunnar has pointed out (off-list) that it may be desirable to
do some collateral editing on [3], and that maybe [3] and [4]
should be combined.

Myself, I just want to get rid of this re-occurring issue, as it
comes up every release and point release.
