Like I said in the bug report that you sent, I think the best choice to
send an e-mail to RT at ubuntu.com and explain the issue with the screen
shots that show that you are not subscribed to those pages or link that
bug report. This would be your best shot since it could be a problem
when they switched over to Ubuntu SSO.
