Thanks! I guess I had assumed there was some style stuff we wanted to
pull over, but you're right, as a first stab it's easier just to
convert the C version with all defaults and go from there.
Here's the first, all defaults, stab at the epub conversion:

Not the worst thing I've ever seen, but the text is a bit big so the
pages each don't have much content.
Using Calibre, I then converted it to .pdf, which didn't go as well...

My hope is that with some configuration (and perhaps not using
Calibre, but that's what I had on hand) we could improve this if it's
something we want.
