A couple of questions/comments:

Will PopularPages include also some pages outside of
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/, or are you planning to copy or move
pages from other locations?

Which are the criteria for including links on that page?

Personally I think there are too many links at the moment for the page
to be really useful. It would be a significant improvement IMO if the
links were grouped into suitable categories.
