Changes to the ubuntu-doc list owners

Hello Ubuntu Documentation mailing list owners (and mailing list
subscribers),

we would like to edit the list information front page to inform posters
about using tags we recently started using. [1]

Since I haven't seen you lot too active lately, I'm proposing the
following actions to be taken:
1) Add me (knome at ubuntu.com) as a new ubuntu-doc list owner
    -> I will edit the information page as needed
    -> Saves you from additional work and speeds up the owner-requiring
processes in the future
2) If you don't think you should be an admin any more, step down
    -> If it looks like we need it, I can run a call for more owners for
the list
