Team Wiki Homepage

All,

I took the time to clean up the home page of our team wiki based on Nick
Skaggs suggestions in the message:

bit minimalist but I think it's better than before.

I also looked at the sub-pages of the main wiki page and made a
spreadsheet here:

 There are some that I think should be removed and I want permission and
feedback before doing so.  If you have feedback on this, please tell me
what line number you are referring too.
