The reason why I propose that we link to
http://community.ubuntu.com/contribute/documentation/
is that I think it provides a more pleasant introduction. Please note
that the very first link in the body of that page leads to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/SystemDocumentation
Personally I don't think we should clutter the head with more than one
link about contribution.

Indeed, if we decide to go with the community.ubuntu.com page, we should
make sure that the information is relevant. Adding something about the
server guide there is probably motivated.
