Proposed change to C/Shell-Guest-Session.page

Hello! Sorry it's a bit of a 'feet first' approach, but I noted LP1076740
was still outstanding for 12.04 (and I believe also applies to 13.10) (lack
of documentation for removing guest option).

I attach a diff for the proposed change, which is basically adding the
instructions linked from that bug, modified for 13.10. Obviously this would
need to be propagated back to 12.04 to close that particular bug.

Regards,
Rich
