Redirecting #ubuntu-wiki to #ubuntu-doc

redirects make a lot of sense to me.  Is it difficult to set it up like that?

I don't communicate using that sort of method.  I prefer emails but
that is a personal choice.  many people out in the world seem to be
using that style of communication so i think it is important for us to
avoid having channels that appear dead.
