[Wiki] Unsure of the work flow

My way to handle https://launchpad.net/bugs/1244123 may raise some
questions about how to best work with the help wiki and what kind of
commitment it's reasonable that this team has with respect to it.

Pasi suggested on #ubuntu-doc that a tag might be appropriate, so I
added the "Needs Updating" tag.

Thoughts?
