Well, plans change sometimes.

We decided to make an extra upload to identify possible issues in good
time before doc string freeze, and David P. asked us to include updated
translation templates when doing so.

It means that the translators have the option to start now with
translating the 14.04 desktop guide. Guess that's what you were after,
Vassili. :)
