Use of Prefixes in Mailing-List E-mails

All,

I would like to add info about using prefixes onto the Doc Team
mail-list info page:

"Please use these prefixes in the subjects of e-mails addressed to this
mailing-list

[Desktop] for e-mails that deal with the Desktop documentation
[Server] for e-mails that deal with Server documentation
[Wiki] for e-mails that deal with the wiki side of the team

This will allow filtering for members of the mailing-list since many
focuses one part of the Ubuntu documentation"

This is also addressed to the mail-list also for feedback.
