[desktop] Work in progress build of ubuntu-docs

Hi all!

Personally, when working with the desktop guide, I find it convenient to
have the (almost) current state of the ubuntu-docs package easily
available via the "Ubuntu Help" option in the system menu. Therefore I
often build the package from the trunk branch lp:ubuntu-docs and install it.

I thought that others might want to install such work in progress builds
as well, so I uploaded the latest stuff in lp:ubuntu-docs to our PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-doc/+archive/ppa

The PPA has not been used that much historically. Before this one, Matt
East uploaded ubuntu-docs 8.09.2 282 weeks ago. ;-)
