I can fully support Jack's application.

His input has been very useful and high in quality, which ultimately
ended up with him getting the Xubuntu documentation lead title. He is
also up for the task technically, and him getting the membership would
be a huge help for Xubuntu, and as time passes by, other teams in the
documentation area.
