As far as I know, there is no such separation between "documentation"
and "code"; hence my doubts. Both the contents and the HTML markup are
created when building the HTML. Exceptions would be the few index pages,
which are edited directly in lp:~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-docs/help.ubuntu.com
