Ubuntu Manual discussion

Hello, everyone.

I'm afraid I won't be able to make it to the meeting. I was going to
summarize the discussion that took place on the ubuntu-manual mailing
list about disbanding the manual project and having the extant team
members join the ubuntu-docs team.

I'll try to summarize the discussion later this week and post to this
list again, but in the meantime, you can read the full thread if you
wish.  Most of the messages are under this thread:
