Another typo

Hi :)
It's obviously "the icons are" but is such a minimal change likely to
make it difficult for translators?  If not then is it really breaking
the freeze to correct?  Errr, that is an honest question because i can
easily imagine it causing other problems for other teams so i really
don't know one way or the other.

Another thought, and again i can see this falling either way, is it
possible to wrap a whole load of such tpyos up into 1 or 2 bug reports
so that a whole ton of these sorts of things can be batch-processed
after the freeze?
