GRUB2 targets

Hi :)
I think it's ok as it is.  People who worry about these sorts of things learn some of the hazards of using such tools.  The defaults are fine.  With modern hard-drives being around 1Tb and kernels being under 1Mb you would need more than 1,000,000 of them to fill up the hard-drive and way before that you would either reinstall, ask for help or stumble across something that de-cluttered.

i wonder how hard it would be for 14.04 to introduce something into apt at least upstream where once the upgrade is complete it asks if you want to auto remove any of the older packages.
