Team Leaders

Hi :)
I think the Ubuntu Council needs a few named people to be listed as "leaders" for technical reasons such as having higher level of permissions for doing more or something.  It wouldn't be a  good security policy to have more than a couple people being able to do whatever it was they needed.

Afterthought: Instead of having the team leaders "list" in the box,
would be better to add the table entry for Ubuntu Documentation
Committers, below the main team?  See screenshot[3] for details.
