This is the correct default ordering of Master Scopes in the Scope Bar.

You might want to take note that the term 'Lens' is no longer used by the developers.  Yes, it does seem like there is
no point in tying to keep up some times.  I hope this sudden but inevitable betrayal doesn't mess things up too much.
Hopefully we'll get this kind of thing straightened out for 14.04.
