Hi :)
I think it would be great if the artwork team got involved later but it might be easier for 1 person to complete this current task.  I think it should be up to Phill to decide how soon would be best.  


If the page length is a bit of a problem might it be better to split into sub-pages such as 


File-system operations  (folder icons as well as "save as" and stuff)  
 
Networking
Hardware
Programs

But keep it to less than 6 headings.  Hopefully the 4 i suggested might be plenty?

With things like this i worry a bit that the more people involved the longer it takes to make decisions.  Right now we seem to have "a man with a plan" and letting him complete is likely to be the fastest route to get the job done.  Also discussing it on this list rather than the art work mailing list seems a bit cheeky.  They might already have a plan too or at least a better idea than me.  


So, on reflection, i think it would be better to move this discussion to the art-work mailing list but basically let Phill get on with it and ignore my suggestions.

When our Artwork Team Leader (Alfredo) have some time, I will ask him to add our Artwork Icons [1] to the IconsPage :)


Until then, feel free to use that.


Hmm, how about we can include this [1] as a link on: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IconsPage ???

It would SAVE time for everyone. Instead of re-uploading everything again to the IconPage, it is already uploaded on [1] and no need to re-upload. But, adding a Link is much more easier and save time. Just a thought :)

But yes, I agree that that page (IconPage) needs to be used more often.
