Collect screenshots bash script

Doug,

The script downloads a number of files from various web sites every time it
runs. Rather than relying on an internet connection to obtain the
screenshots and increasing the time it takes to generate the images, can
you see a downside to including the required files in, say, a "resources"
directory? It would also make the script more robust because any change to
the URL path will result in the files failing to download.
