The "More information" area does seem redundant with the "trail"
at the upper area of the page.

I think, but am not sure:
The link part of "Ubuntu Desktop Guide" is defined by the title area
of the index.page file. The description is defined by the desc area,
which if just deleted won't be there.

I.E. (and I built the below change and checked):
