I took the liberty of reviewing several pages for software I maintain in Ubuntu, and noticed they many to be
completely updated or rewritten for 13.10, including dropping and adding pages and new fresh screenshots. What I
couldn't find is clearly documented workflow for what to do with the results of the review. Is there an established
process for filing bugs against doc pages (so the bugs can be added to the spreadsheet and merge proposals for the
fixes get linked to the bugs so they can be tracked) or is it all just a review/edit/fix cycle and hopefully enough
reviews will catch everything?

Should at least a comments column be added to the spreadsheet?
