I like yours much better. Two suggestions, though:

- Rename the Administration heading to Wiki Administration.
- Add a bullet point to the (renamed, if you agreed with me above)
  Wiki Administration section letting users know they should read the
  WikiGuide page here:

Other than that, I'd say it's more succinct and provides a more
"comfortable" reading experience. (:
