Yes, the link would be included in the reminder emails.

For example, from a mail I recently received:

"On 2013-10-15, 19 hours from now, your membership
in the Ubuntu Friendly Squad (ubuntu-friendly-squad) Launchpad team
is due to expire.
<https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-friendly-squad>

If you want, you can renew this membership at
<https://launchpad.net/~lyz/+expiringmembership/ubuntu-friendly-squad>"

(In this case I let it expire since the project has been abandoned)
