doc meeting start working on 14.04

Hi.
Sorry I have another "issue" - in order to keep our efforts on track

However he is already author of a very readable (Server) page -

whilst the Google doc was very valuable it did not contain the very
helpful "Kick start" and "Contribuition Table" assists.

Assuming some knowledgeable backup I am prepared to fashion such a page
for Desktop docs if is deemed useful.
