It's your LP account that gives you the link to edit the wiki and you
just create a new wiki page.  I would suggest to do
wiki.Ubuntu.com/<your LP username>/sandbox and you can also make an
about me page as your wiki.ubuntu.com/<your LP username> page.  Or are
you talking about doing this with the offical 14.04 docs?
