I may have missed something somewhere but could only find a direct link
between the 13.04 Desktop Guide
and the Community Documentation via a contorted link to Reporting Bugs.
I was going to raise a similar question after 13.10 "hit the road"
officially as I have been looking at Orphaned Pages!
