Collect screenshots bash script

Doug,

I've tested the script against 13.04 and 13.10 beta in a VM and on hardware
and it seems to be working well. I know it's probably too late to use for
this release but it should be OK for the next release, assuming there are
no major changes to the UI. It won't be too difficult to update even if
there are.

What's the procedure for updating the source file? Do I just email the new
script to you and let you upload the new version?
