All,

phillw over the IRC channel told me that the workflow is pretty much
complete for all parts of the team.  I don't know why I said that I will
work on a workflow wiki page for the team.  I think it was for clearing
up some of the confusion that the new members have or how to start, that
stuff.

But I have added on key missing page to the Wiki Guide page [1] and it's
a guide to the Sandbox pages that users can make on the wiki:

Along with that idea of having a small guide for sandbox pages, do we
still need a guide for the offline wiki that users can use that
LittleGirl suggested [2]?
