Patch for not well-formed link

At least on my browser, and from the PDF, both the old way and the proposed
new way, try go to the same place, which is "forbidden".

The HTML, has an issue, yes, as it interprets the old way as a relative
link.

 

I suggest to just delete the link entirely.
