Confusion about Startup Disk Bug

Hello,

I like that this bug was confirmed long ago, but as I'm trying to see 
if it's relevant to saucy, I'm stuck because the description does not 
point to the specific page in the documentation with the information.  

I think it best to set the status as "needs information."  Does anyone 
know what page he's referring to?
