HowTo unsubscribe but in Polish?

Hiya,
"accidently" subscribing is especially going to happen when having little knowledge of the english language.
I myself subscribed when I was younger, and had barely any knowledge of english outside MMORPG's.
I subscribed Thinking that this was some kind of mailing-list for Questions about Ubuntu itself (because somehow you can get to the subscribe-page via the help-pages)...
 - that's a possible way how -
(I only sticked around 'cuz I didn't really mind and I thought I might even help out now and then )

How to unsubscribe?
Usually a mailing-list has the option: Email "blank" with subject "unsubscribe"
alternatively, I suggest a step-by-step screenshotted how-to...
because pictures speak a lot more languages than most people~

anyways, I'm only half-part of this list... (my mails have to go trough that "check")
just glad to help in any way possible...

The problem is how someone that can't speak English managed to accidentally subscribe themselves and more importantly how to unsubscribe them.

    Lists try to remain "family friendly" and although many kids know more swear words than their elders it often worries their parents if they see such things.  So, please tone down the language.
