Since my proposal changes the front page, I decided to make it easier to
study the result. A build of ubuntu-docs including the proposal is now
available in my PPA:

To install it you can follow the guidance under "Adding this PPA to your
system". Alternatively you can just download the .deb file and do:

sudo dpkg -i ubuntu-docs_14.04trunk+addremove_all.deb
